Ensuring Transparency In Our Budget Process

Yesterday, the Ministry of Finance released the first ever Pre-Budget Statement in an effort to be more transparent ahead of Budget 2022. We explore this by first looking at the pre-budget statement itself and what it tells us. Then, we speak about the other measures we need for further transparency. Finally, we discuss how the rakyat can get more involved.
