The World Health Organisation has said loneliness is now a global health issue, with the US Surgeon General Dr Vivek Murthy comparing the severity of its effects to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Psychologist Dr Anasuya joins us to talk about this, and our listeners weigh in on dealing with loneliness.
