A 17-year-old minor and a 22-year-old man were put under police remand for two days following a video of the two of them engaged in an alleged sex act being circulated on social media. So we discussed two aspects of this case: First, we broke down the issues surrounding this story, from how the authorities handled it, to what protections we have in place for minors. Then, we talked about where news portals and social media enter the picture.
