Hijau And Other Evergreen Songs From The 1990s

On Made in Malaysia this month, our focus is on Malaysian music. This week, we’re travelling back in time to recall the bright spark of optimism surrounding the Malaysian music industry in the 1990s. We’ll be looking at iconic and evergreen songs from the period with singer Datuk Zainalabidin Mohamed whose 1991 debut album Hijau explored societal problems and social change, in an evolving Malaysian landscape.
