Buddybear Helpline: Where Kids Feel Heard

Navigating adolescence and young adulthood can be overwhelming, and sometimes all kids need is a safe space to express their complex feelings. In conjunction with World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we speak to team members of the Buddy bear helpline, the first helpline dedicated to serving children in Malaysia about the importance of encouraging kids to vocalise their mental health at an early age.

To get in touch with the BuddyBear helpline, contact 1800-182-327 or find them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/buddybear.humankind/
