A Facebook post recently made headlines as it detailed a Grab driver soliciting tips from his customers, a practice which is not allowed under the e-hailing platform's code of conduct. This brought up conversations about tipping culture in Malaysia so we ask our listeners: do you tip, when do you tip, and how much?
