Changing for the Better (And How To Do It Well)

This got us thinking about the act of changing for the better, whether it involves sugar or other habits we have. Since it's the end of the year, we thought it would appropriate to ask: What's the one thing you've changed this year about yourself or your life, and how did you do it?
