Talkback Thursday: Dato' Abdul Rahman Dahlan

Our Talkback with Ministers series continued today and we we’re looking into the rising cost of living and housing that’s affecting the urban middle class.

The concerns plaguing the growing urban middle class are becoming endless. The aim of purchasing a property to call their own seems like a far-fetched idea given current soaring prices. And the fact that salaries have not increased substantially over the years are leaving them in a glut of debt. How is the urban middle class to cope when everything around them keeps going up in price?

Helping us find the answers today was Dato’ Abdul Rahman Dahlan, Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government.
