Top 5 at 5: How to Tell If You Have ADHD as an Adult

ADHD is a a neurodevelopmental condition that can manifest as restlessness, difficulty staying focused, or acting on impulse. And here's the thing—ADHD is often underdiagnosed, especially in adults. The government is now encouraging adults who suspect they might have ADHD to seek proper diagnosis at public hospitals. So we unpack how to recognise symptoms in adults, with clinical psychologist Prakash Ravindran.

Other stories we covered:

House arrest debate continues: Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said has clarified that the Prisons Act allows the Home Ministry to designate any location as a prison, enabling house arrest under specific conditions. This raises questions about the case of former Prime Minister Najib Razak, who is fighting to serve his jail sentence at home. Criminal lawyer Grace Nathan weighs in.
Brutal attacks on doctors in Gaza: With over a thousand medical staff killed, hospitals turned to rubble, and countless others detained and tortured, the price paid by Gaza's health workers has been unimaginable. We speak to Alexandre Marcou, communication advisor from Médecins sans Frontières about this.
Will a National Harmony Commission ease racial tensions?: Civil society group Pusat Komas has urged the government to form an independent commission solely to deal with racial and religious tensions, as well as foster social cohesion. This follows the recent controversy at Era FM, where DJs were mocking the Hindu religion. Jerald Joseph, director of Pusat Komas speaks to us about why this commission is important.
60 years of The Sound of Music: The hills are alive, and have been for 60 glorious years, as we celebrate the anniversary of this iconic adaptation. Based on the real-life story of the Von Trapp family, it unfolds against the dramatic backdrop of Nazi Germany's annexation of Austria. We talk about why this film resonated so much with people, and of course, play you some of the movie's best musical moments.
