To address cybercrime, pornography and online gambling, the MCMC set out to implement a public DNS redirection policy, that would have inadvertedly allowed regulators to control what websites we get to access. However, after a weekend of opposition from the public, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil reversed the decision. We look at the government's handling of the situation with Khairul Yusof, co-founder of Sinar Project.
