During the pandemic, online healthcare services took centre stage and their influence has continued even years post COVID-19. New guidelines to regulate the age of digital healthcare service models came into effect on May 5th. We discuss what the guidelines cover and the future law framework for them with medico-legal lawyer, Charlaine Chin.

With many avoiding HIV screenings due to taboos and required parental consent, the government is trying to expanding accessibility to testing. We speak to Andrew Tan, President of the Kuala Lumpur AIDS Support Services Society (KLASS) about why the youth are at risk and the importance of getting tested.

• Generative AI is affecting our brains: While it is too early for scientists to fully understand the effect of AI on our brains, there are already signs of how it would look like in the future. With users turning to AI for therapy there are concerns that it could encourage delusional thinking and affect learning capabilities. We talk about this.
