The Selangor state government has expedited their plans to relocate all pig farms in Kuala Langat to one centralised location in Bukit Tagar following a decree from His Royal Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. The plan was initially projected to happen in 2030 but it will now take place by this year amidst complaints of pollution from local residents.
