Anti-Corruption Pledge - Pakatan Abstaining?

Last week Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad was reported saying that he was “speechless” reading in the press that the state government of Selangor would not sign it’s anti-corruption pledge.
