Corporate Governance - We're So Near, Yet So Far?

Malaysia is ranked second in corporate governance according to the most recent Asian Development Bank 'ASEAN CG Scorecard'. While worth celebrating the focus of the discussion is still very much on the private sector, namely listed companies, and not the public sector. BFM explores where Malaysia truly stands in this regard and if the lack of attention on good governance in the public sector sets us back from achieving high income and developed nation status by 2020.

This is a report by Wei Lynn Tang and Navin Nair.
