The National Higher Education Fund Corporation, better known as PTPTN has introduced a raft of measures to bridge the gap between the fund and its borrowers. This includes providing better negotiation channels and repayment terms which saw a drastic increase in total debt collection.

Today on Current Affairs, we explore how PTPTN reinvents itself to become a well-rounded financial institution.
