South China Sea - A Balancing Act? Pt 2

In late March, Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi made waves when she publicly criticised the actions of a Chinese trawler caught fishing in waters just off the Natuna islands. Whether or not this incident with Indonesia will affect ASEAN’s stance on the dispute remains to be seen.

This is a report by Chacko Vadaketh and Lyn Mak.
