Sungai Besar - Amanah To Stand

Parti Amanah says it will be the Pakatan Harapan’s choice in the upcoming by-elections. The parliamentary seats of Sungai Besar in Selangor and Kuala Kangsar in Perak will go to the polls following the untimely deaths of its MPs in a helicopter crash on May 5.The Election Commission has designated June 5 as Nomination Day and Saturday June 18th as polling day. Pakatan Harapan released a statement yesterday saying it would name a candidate on June 1. Together with the expected announcements today from UMNO and PAS we are looking at a 3-cornered fight in both constituencies.
