Nasdaq and S&P500 hit new record highs again but those gains are not broad based. In fact among the Magnificent 7, Apple and Tesla have been laggard with negative price performance on a year to date basis. We ask Tim Mulholland, President of TJM Limited, Chicago if it's time to bottom fish.
