China is set to unleash fresh fiscal stimulus to shore up its economic recovery by raising its fiscal deficit to 3.8% of GDP from the current 3%. Is this the catalyst that is much needed to turn the Chinese equity market from a bear to a bull? Kelvin Wong, Senior Market Analyst with OANDA tells us.
