China's official manufacturing purchasing managers index rose to 50.8 from 49.1 in February, the best reading since March last year which also beat analysts’ forecast of 50.1. We ask Song Seng Wun, Economic Advisor, CGS International Securities for what these numbers means for the economy and who could be the beneficiaries.
