The construction sector has outperformed the broader market with the KL Construction Index up more than 50% on a year to date basis, beating the FBMKLCI return of 11%. We ask  Loong Chee Wei, Head of Research for Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd if there are still legs to this rally and what are the companies that will benefit from the raft of new projects.
