The Kuala Lumpur Construction Index (KLCON) has fallen by 19% on a year to date basis, underperforming the broader FBMKLCI index which is just down 9.5%. We ask Chong Tjen San, Director, CGS International if this actually provides a buying opportunity and if so, what names should we consider.
