The construction sector has been the outperformer this year with the Bursa Malaysia Construction Index up 25% on a year to date basis compared to the broader market decline of 3.5%. We ask Chong Tjen San, Director of CGS-CIMB Securities for whether this rally will continue and if he expects goodies for this sector from Budget 2024.
