Japan heads to the polls on 27 October with early polls suggesting that LDP might lose their current majority. We ask Vishnu Varathan, Head of Economics & Strategy, Mizuho Bank if that has any impact on the yen and the economy whilst also understanding the reason for the rate cut by the Bank of Thailand.
