Dodge believes volatility is here to stay for a while and presents a good opportunity in the short term.

He also reckons the Dow's recent winning streak is sustainable but reminds investors to be "careful".

The Dow rose 0.2% to 24,640.45 points on Tuesday, posting a 3-day winning streak as the comeback from the correction continues.
