US stocks plunged overnight, with the Dow and the S&P 500 set for its worst December since the Great Depression, while, US small-cap stocks entered a bear market. This comes ahead of the Fed's final rate decision for 2018.

Joe shares his near-term outlook for US equities, and outlines expectations for stimulus within major economies in 2019, given the expected global economic slowdown next year.
