Small cap investing clearly has been rewarding in 2019 with the FBM Small Cap Index up by 20% on a year-to-date basis compared to the FBM KLCI's negative return of 7%. So we ask Lee Meng Horng, Senior Research Analyst with RHB Investment Bank, why small caps are the flavour of the year and what are his top picks whilst reminding us of the risks.
