Press Metal Bhd posted core net profit of RM441m, an increase of 60.8% y-o-y, buoyed by higher average selling prices and full-commissioning of its Phase 3 smelter plant. Further earnings upside is seen from a rebound in aluminium prices, anti-dumping tariffs and the weakening Ringgit.
