Oil prices remained volatile in 2023 with WTI starting the year at USD80bbl to then tumble to a low of USD67 bbl recently in mid March. Since then oil prices have recovered somewhat but is this recovery sustainable? Tj Liaw, Regional Head of Oil and Gas at Maybank Investment Bank gives us his oil price outlook and who will the winners of this price rally.
