With Phase 1 Agreed, Will We See A China Recovery in 2020?

With a Phase 1 deal agreed will the Chinese economy start seeing a recovery? We discuss this as well as China's central bank cash injection to avoid a liquidity squeeze due to the festive season and The Bank of Japan's latest policy announcement, where it left policy untouched on the back of a somewhat brighter economic outlook.

We also asked Carlos about another open economy, South Korea, as it expects to improve next year on a possible global technology upturn. Should we expect to see a rebound in exports there next year?
