The Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has reportedly struck a deal to cut crude output at its November meeting in Vienna. However traders are debating the efficacy of this proposal. Ben Le Brun, Market Analyst at Options Xpress weighs in on the deal.
