1MDB remains one of the Malaysia's biggest scandals but one of the key players may have apparently reached a tentative settlement with the US Department of Justice. Low Taek Jho, more commonly known as Jho Low is reported to have waived his rights to assets valued at over US$1 billion allegedly acquired with 1MDB funds. However we ask the question that continues to baffles Malaysians - where is he?
