Singapore’s ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute published its annual State of Southeast Asia survey report, unpacking how the region views major foriegn policy and issues and the differences in priorities across countries. 70% of respondents expressed concern that ASEAN was slow and ineffective - does this indicate decreasing relevance of the regional bloc?
