Analysts expect Budget 2023 to remain expansionary, with some even speculating that it could be higher than Budget 2022, which was the highest on record at RM300 billion. Can Budget 2023 thread that fine line of providing a cushion for economic volatility, while also ensuring fiscal discipline?
