Can 13MP Raise The Bar for MSMEs?

Last week, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim during the tabling of the 13MP announced that the country is targeting MSMEs to contribute 50 per cent of the nation’s gross domestic product (GDP) by 2030, a significant increase from about 39 per cent in 2023. Datuk William Ng, Chairman, Small and Medium Enterprises Association (SAMENTA) tells if the 13MP initiatives can help MSMEs achieve this goal.
