Following the tabling of the Defence White Paper in Parliament on Monday, many questions still remained about the specifics of the country's national defence strategy. To try and answer those questions, we spoke to Dr Hoo Chiew-Ping, Senior Lecturer at the National University of Malaysia, who was also involved in the drafting.
