Regulators will be stepping in to investigate the flight scheduling disruption during last week's Hari Raya and Labour Day break, that caused flight delays of up to 9 hours and also much inconvenience to many travelers. As a consumer, what recourse can you take in the event of flight delays, cancellations or mishandling of baggage?
