The Evidence of Child Witness (Amendment) Act 2024, came into force on March 3 and enhances legal safeguards for children testifying in court. We speak with Ajeet Kaur, Child Advocate & Co-Chairperson of Child Rights Innovation and Betterment (CRIB) Foundation to understand the impact of these changes and what they mean for the justice system.
