Time To Strengthen Environmental Impact Assessment Reports

The Environmental Impact Assessments were introduced back in 1974 under the Environmental Quality Act to evaluate the sustainability and long-term viability of a proposed project or development. Kwong Chiew Ee, a member of the Bar Council Environment and Climate Change Committee, explains what this means.
