EPF launched the Belanjawanku Expenditure Guide, which provides estimations of minimum monthly expenditures. So should we stop talking about minimum subsistence wage and move the narrative to Living Wage? We speak with Director of Social Wellbeing Research Centre of Universiti Malaya (SWRC) Professor Datuk Dr Norma Mansor to understand the research, the issues, and the objectives of the whole Belanjawanku program.
