In Malaysia, digital investments have experienced robust growth with assets under management at RM1.6bn with more than 40 products on offer. Yet the industry is still at a nascent stage. So what policy changes should there be to encourage this as an option to promote financial inclusion, especially for those who have not prepared for retirement?
