Food First Policy: Malaysia Needs an Agricultural Revolution

Policy expert Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Fatimah Arshad, Research Fellow at UPM's Laboratory of Agricultural and Food Policy Studies argues for a Food First Policy to secure sustainable and resilient food sources.
