Imperfect Smoking Control Law Better Than Regulatory Void

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health finally tabled the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Bill 2023 for the first reading in the Dewan Rakyat. We discuss the consequences of the amended bill with Azrul Mohd Khalib, CEO, Galen Centre for Health and Social Policy.
