Cleve Arguelles, Department of Political and Social Change with the Australian National University tells us why the race to flatten the infection curve appears to have lost it way. He also weighs in on President Rodrigo Duterte’s approach to fighting this pandemic and what is the view on the ground of his presidency as a result.
