Why does a country blessed with ample rainfall still suffer from water cuts and poor distribution of clean piped water? Datuk Ir Abdul Kadir Mohd Din, the immediate Past President of Malaysian Water Association give us his views on how stakeholders should manage and protect our water management assets.
