As we are living in a very different era of tech disruption, it's now even more crucial for this policy to be well articulated to cover fair competition, anti-corruption and social obligations.

Meanwhile MAVCOM that the US FAA's safety downgrade of Malaysian carrier and airports may have negative knock-on effects.
