Think tank IDEAS say that Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir is wielding too much power in moving the control of key strategic GLCs from the Ministry of Finance to 3 important ministries helmed by people believed to be his allies. The fact that such ministries oversee a lot of money is not reassuring for the governance agenda.
