The FTSE Russell World Global Bond Index review was announced and Malaysia was kept in but remained on the watch list. To find out the impact of this on markets, we spoke to Winson Phoon, Head of Fixed Income Research at Maybank Kim Eng, who said that there was some relief but that more initiatives were likely to be needed by Bank Negara.
