The Madani government wants to review the National Oil & Gas Service & Equipment (OGSE) Blueprint 2021-2030 that was introduced three years ago, believing it needs to address global competitiveness, sustainability, agility, and diversity within the sector. Syed Saggaf Syed Ahmad, President of The Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC) gives us some perspectives on what that might entail.
