Last week, Russian troops withdrew from the southern city of Kherson marking the latest setback for Russia in the nine-month long siege of Ukraine. Does the liberation of Kherson mark another turn towards the end of the war - or will Russia strike back harder as the winter months turn colder? Prof. Rouben Azizian of Massey University weighs in.
